The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
be100 reserves the right to require identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, UMID, and PRC ID.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. be100's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
be100 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by be100 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
be100 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in all matters relating to the processing of personal data of Filipino players.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited.
You may close your be100 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are subject to completion of any pending withdrawal transactions and outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. be100 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the be100 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through be100's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
